Currently this is available only in scripting form:
(fix-nomenclature-errors imol)
This will fix atoms nomenclature problems in molecule number imol according to the same criteria as WATCHECK 1 e.g. Chi-2 for Phe, Tyr, Asp, and Glu should be between -90 and 90 degrees. Note that Val and Leu nomenclature errors are also corrected.
