7.4 Blobs: a.k.a. Unmodelled density

This is an interface to the Blobs dialog. A map and a set of coordinates that model the protein are required.

A blob is region of relatively high residual election density that cannot be explained by a simple water. So, for example, sulfates, ligands, mis-placed sidechains or unbuilt terminal residues might appear as blobs. The blobs are in order, the biggest 1 at the top.
